Will you have to pay back your personal medical insurance after receiving money on an auto injury claim?

Medical bills didn’t exceed $800! I have really good medical coverage from my company and they have covered everything from the accident. I will be receiving a settlement check and was just wondering if I need to payback my medical insurance in the state of California……..

Most likely, yes. The insurance company will eventually come after you to recover the costs.

Yes, you cannot be paid twice for the same loss, that’s fraud. That settlement check should be going directly from your auto insurance to the medical insurance company.
